How do I rent a locker?
Choose your location, select your locker and rental duration, pay securely online and receive your access code. At the store, you can also start by scanning the QR code.
When does my rental start?
Rent when you arrive. Your rental starts immediately; advance reservations are not available. You pay per locker, so you can store more than one item if it fits.
Do I pay per bag or per locker?
Per locker. You can put more than one item inside, provided everything fits and the door closes properly.
What size do I need?
Check the size guide and measure your luggage including wheels and handles. Gazi has Small, Medium and Large categories; Thissio has Medium and Large.
Can I collect my bags at night?
Gazi has 24/7 coded access. Thissio is accessible daily from 07:00 to 23:00, including for multi-day rentals.
How are my bags stored?
You place your bags in an individual locker yourself. The premises have CCTV. Entry at Gazi requires registration and an access code.
Can I leave my main suitcase for a longer trip?
Choose a suitable rental duration, subject to availability. Check the price and collection hours before paying.
How do I pay?
Locker rental is paid securely online through Stripe.
